Participates in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a team鈥檚 backlog鈥
Participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups鈥
Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product鈥
Participate in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mind鈥
Collaborates within the team in designing systems and apps鈥
Practices daily paired programming and鈥痶est-driven鈥痙evelopment in writing software and building products鈥
Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices鈥
Provides support for software products in user environments鈥
Working with geographically disbursed team across multiple time-zones听
听
Job Qualifications听听
Target Start Date: May/June 2025听
Rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior鈥
Working towards a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field, including a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals鈥
Strong understanding of computer science concepts, object-oriented design principles鈥
Knowledge of developing software in different programming languages, and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages鈥
Knowledge and experience on approaches and tools for automated testing and monitoring鈥
Preferred Qualifications:鈥
Experience with Java, KOTLIN, GO or Scala and Python鈥
Experience with the Spring framework with Java or Kotlin听
Experience with鈥疛avascript鈥痜rameworks like React or AngularJS鈥
Backend development, design and implementation; database (relational like Postgres, NoSQL like Cassandra, caching), messaging and big data development, implementation and optimization鈥
Experience and knowledge in web and API security including authentication, authorization, OAuth, OWASP, OpenID, and SAML鈥
Experience in testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Protractor, Cucumber, and other like technologies鈥
Experience with packaging/build tools like Gradle, Maven, NPM, Artifactory, Jenkins, Concourse, etc.鈥
Experience with Amazon Web Service components like (Lambdas, Athena, S3, EMR, Quicksight, Step functions鈥)听
Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
